  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

    • bKash/Nagad: Refund sent to your wallet

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund sent via mobile banking

    • Card Payments: Refund credited back to your card

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once the refund is complete
